Jack Clark 是 Anthropic 的共同創辦人暨政策主管。在 2021 年共同創辦 Anthropic 之前，他曾擔任 OpenAI 的政策總監。Clark 曾是 Bloomberg News 與 The Register 的科技記者，擅長橋接 AI 的技術與政策領域。他出版的週報《Import AI》擁有超過七萬名訂閱者，並曾擔任史丹佛 AI Index 的創始成員，以及美國國家人工智慧諮詢委員會（NAIAC）的首屆成員。2023 年，他在聯合國安理會首次針對 AI 威脅全球和平的會議上進行簡報。
