Judea Pearl 是以色列裔美國電腦科學家與哲學家，現任 UCLA 電腦科學與統計學系榮譽教授，並主持認知系統實驗室。他因在概率與因果推理演算方面對人工智能的根本性貢獻，榮獲 2011 年 ACM 圖靈獎。他在貝葉斯網路方面的研究革新了機器處理不確定性的方式，而其因果推論理論已改變了從流行病學到社會科學等眾多領域。他是《因果革命：人工智慧的大未來》(The Book of Why，2018) 的作者。
